Labour Relations Intern (España)

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Law student or recent graduate to join our Human Resources team as a Labour Relations & Employment Law Intern.

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid – 50% Remote Working)

Monthly allowance: €1,000

Duration: 6 months with a possible 6 months extension (12 months total)

Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review and management of employment documentation.
• Assist with labour relations matters and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Operations teams.
• Participate in internal investigations and disciplinary processes when required.
• Assist with employee communications and HR projects.
