Job Description
- Assist in preparing, cooking, and assembling food items according to the catering menu, ensuring all food is prepared and presented in an appealing and hygienic manner.
- Event Setup & Cleanup: Help with setting up tables, chairs, linens, and food stations for events, and assist with post-event cleanup to ensure the venue is left clean and organized.
- Serving & Customer Interaction: Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any special requests or dietary needs during events.
- Ability to lift heavy trays, equipment, and food items, and stand for long periods during event setups, service, and cleanup.
- Food Handling & Hygiene Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety standards and practices, ensuring that food is stored, prepared, and served in a clean and hygienic manner.
