LABORATORY VETERINARIAN Responsible for efficient and high‑quality end‑to‑end sample processing and reporting within a veterinary diagnostic reference laboratory, contributing to the betterment of animal health and welfare. This role includes sample preparation, instrument set‑up, QC, running tests and validating results, ensuring turnaround times are met and daily workload is completed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform and review all required quality control per QA guidelines.
Competent in sample processing and releasing/validating results, including haematology, biochemistry, endocrinology, urinalysis, proteinograms, serology, and microbiology.
Ensure daily workload is appropriately prioritised and completed, meeting turnaround time expectations.
Reconcile pending list and resolve irregularities.
Carry out routine equipment QC and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve QC, technical, and test issues;
