Laboratory Technician (Santiago De Querétaro)

As a lab technician, you will be in charge of monitoring the Ecoat process, performing analysis and adjustments to keep parameters in range, preparing samples, validating oven runs and managing warehouse inventory.You will be located at the Querétaro plant, and will report directly to our Laboratory Manager.LI-OnsiteKey ResponsibilitiesPerform analysis and titrations of the process.Attend the E-Coat production lines.Conduct sampling.Evaluate process conditions.Make adjustments to raise levels and maintain the range at each stage.Prepare samples to send for evaluation.Evaluate furnace temperatures.Take inventories in the warehouse.Receive material.Validate material, check it in, and place it in the warehouse.Ensure that machines and indicators are within established ranges.QualificationsEducation required: Higher technical or engineering degree in chemistry or related fields.Experience required: Minimum 2 years in related positions (coating process technician, finishing, pre-treatmen...
