As a Laboratory Technical Lead, you will lead geotechnical laboratory operations and act as the technical authority for high complexity soils. You will guide advanced testing, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality compliant results that support critical infrastructure and development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical laboratory operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the SME for high complexity soils, guiding testing and interpretation.
• Oversee laboratory testing programs (soil, aggregates, asphalt, concrete) following ASTM, CSA, AASHTO, and CCIL standards.
• Review and validate complex geotechnical data and technical reports.
• Maintain QA/QC processes, lab certifications, and calibration records.
• Support project delivery including budgeting, reporting, and client coordination.
