Job Description
- Supervise the laboratory operation for testing of marine fuels and lubricating oils in accordance with the ISO, ASTM and other equivalent international standard test methods.
- To maintain the quality assurance activities ensuring a high level of conformance with ISO 17025 from SAC Singlas. Prepare and maintain documentation for technical audits in accordance with ISO requirements and to ensure compliance.
- Prepare daily test reports, and liaise with customer on final reporting matters.
- Maintain good housekeeping of chemicals, laboratory equipment, general test equipments and glassware.
- Coordinate with local authorities such as SCDF, NEA and chemical safety related issues.
- Ensure safety equipment and procedures are maintained and comply with the required standards.
