Administrative and Office Support

  • Enter, edit, and maintain data in systems, including preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Operate multi-line switchboard, direct calls, take messages, and manage incoming communications (mail, email, courier).
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper security and safety check‑in procedures.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, equipment, and inventory; coordinate maintenance of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
  • Assist with basic building maintenance coordination and liaise with external vendors (HVAC, pest control, snow removal, etc.).
  • Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and record maintenance for new hires.

Financial & Purchasing Support

  • Complete Moneris charges review and verify invoices, purchase orders, waybills, and receipts.
  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable documentation and processing.
