Responsibilities

• Compliance with internal work regulations
• Provide support HR process in the operation areas
• Administration of employee services
• Avoid legal issues
• Employee termination process
• Union issues
• KPI absenteeism and turnover

Qualifications

• Advance/Technical English
• 1-3 years of experience in similar positions
• Mexican law knowledge
• NOM 035 knowledge
• Advanced Excel
