Labor Estimation & Quotes Supervisor

**Your Role**
- Administration and control of labor points for quotations (Flow 3) and routines for manufacturing plants in Mexico for the harness division.
- Estimate labor for new business quotations.
- Cost labor for Engineering Changes (ECM & CRs).
- Prepare reports for new part numbers and/or engineering changes related to labor points.
- Validate time studies and make manual adjustments when required.
- Coordination of meetings and participation with methods engineer to identify new process feasibility along with process variation and required capacities for its implementation.
- Plan and execute follow up meetings to identify risks of project related to accomplish implementation timing along with program managers and manufacturing engineers.
**Your Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer
- Proven experience in automotive/harness industry
