**Position**: Lab Technician**Location**: Monterrey, Nuevo León**Reports to**: Alejandro Oropeza**Summary**:- Execute laboratory and pilot plant product tests to effectively support the technical activities for the NA S&D product category, with specific focus on the innovation pipeline.Assure safe laboratory and pilot plant activities and samples food safety.
**Major duties & Responsibilities**:- Maintain raw materials, packaging and lab supplies in inventory to run daily activities.
- Manage samples shipment and reception.
- Conduct GLP and GMP to assure product safety and safe behaviors.
- Keep updated record of bench test and pilot plant trials.
- Labs and pilot plant maintenance and cleanliness.
- Maintains calibrating program updated for lab equipment and preventive maintenance calendar for pilot plant equipment.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Adherence to all department procedures and GMP's.
