Lab & Manufacturing IT Systems Specialist - GMP & CSV

KBI Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a Lab and Manufacturing Systems Support Analyst to provide IT support for laboratory and manufacturing environments.

The role focuses on Empower, SoftMax Pro, Unicorn and other lab systems, ensuring timely issue resolution and end-user satisfaction. The analyst will lead or SME on installation, validation, and deployment of systems, participate in CSV deliverables, and support Data Integrity remediation.
