Carpenter / Formfitter or Concrete Labourer – La Ronge, Saskatchewan
Rating: $40.93/hr
Responsibilities
- Assembling, erecting and installing wood and engineered formwork systems for columns, walls, suspended slabs, slabs on grade and concrete stairs
- Installing anchor bolts and other embeds accurately
- Erecting and building scaffolding for access
- Building hoardings and temporary shelters
- Assisting in the placement and consolidation of concrete
- Completing task hazard assessments and maintaining a protected work workplace
- Carrying out general labour duties and cleanup as required
- Working with or near chemicals, cranes and moving equipment
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Carpenter ticket, or have equivalent experience in commercial formwork
- Have previous experience in rough carpentry, forming and framing
- Be in positive health and physically fit
