Join our Google Cloud Level-3 Technical Support team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and help enterprise customers solve their most complex cloud challenges. You’ll work across AI/ML, Compute, Data Analytics, Databases, and Networking/Edge services, owning critical incidents end-to-end, performing root cause analysis, and delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers succeed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and program teams, act as a technical advocate for top-tier customers, and contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
