L3 Systems Administrator – Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure Operations

The mission of this role is to ensure the stability, performance, and security of Microsoft-based infrastructure across multiple client environments.

You will act as a Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents, contribute to operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement in service reliability and automation.

Responsibilities

• Act as L3 escalation for complex production incidents (Azure / M365 / AD)
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues in hybrid environments
• Administer Microsoft Azure environments (VMs, networking basics, RBAC, policies)
• Manage Active Directory and Entra ID (GPO, identity, hybrid sync)
• Support and maintain Microsoft Intune environments (device compliance, policies, troubleshooting)
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
