We are seeking experienced L3 Support Engineers with strong Pega expertise to support critical production applications within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Pega production support, incident management, root cause analysis, monitoring tools, and KYC applications .
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end resolution of L3 production incidents through ServiceNow within defined SLAs.
- Perform deep technical troubleshooting across Pega applications, Spring Boot services, integrations, and database layers.
- Utilize Splunk for log analysis, issue triage, and troubleshooting.
- Use Dynatrace/DataDog for application performance monitoring, dependency mapping, and RCA.
