Robert Half is partnered with one of our key clients going through an infrastructure uplift, and they are looking for an experienced infrastructure/ systems engineer to assist with service desk operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Analyse and manage incidents, service requests, and tickets.Troubleshoot and remediate infrastructure and system issues.Support change control processes and coordinate with key stakeholders.Perform CVE remediation and patch management activities.Administer and support a Windows server environment.Monitor network alerts and respond to infrastructure incidents.Details:
