We are seeking an experienced L3 / SME Backup Technician with expertise in both on-premises backup infrastructure and cloud-based backup and recovery solutions. The candidate will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, backup job monitoring, policy optimization, and ensuring business continuity across hybrid environments.

- Min 5–8 years of enterprise backup administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of backup software (Veeam, Cohesity).
- Expertise in backup storage integration (SAN, NAS, cloud storage).
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native backup solutions (Azure).
- Familiarity with tape, disk, and cloud tiering.
- Proficiency in backup encryption, deduplication, and compression techniques.
