You’ll own complex incident resolution, drive automation to reduce manual toil, and partner with Dev, Security, and Business teams to maintain high availability and compliance.

Core Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  1. System Reliability & Availability Management: Provide L3 application support with continuous monitoring of critical production banking apps to ensure maximum uptime. Rapidly triage, diagnose, and resolve P1/P2 incidents while meeting corporate financial SLAs. Perform daily health checks, system updates, patches, and proactive monitoring to detect anomalies before business impact. Support DR drills and lead high‑severity incident response with swift troubleshooting to maintain system resilience.
