As a senior LIS specialist, you will provide second‑level support for Laboratory Information Systems within a MedTech project. You’ll work with LIS and ticketing tools to resolve incidents, apply quick workarounds and permanent fixes where possible, and manage escalations. You’ll contribute to knowledge documentation and participate in onboarding and cross‑product monitoring, collaborating with mentors and senior colleagues to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
