Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts.
- Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate potential production issues.
- Taking ownership, responding to incident tickets, and closing open incident tickets by adhering to service level agreements.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an application support role.
- Proficiency in Unix commands, Shell ing, and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Job scheduling, ActiveMQ and Kafka s a plus.
- Additional knowledge of Linux and ing skills is highly preferred.
- Exposure to the banking industry is advantageous.
- Dynamic individual with a thirst for learning.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ownership-oriented with the ability to meet SLAs without compromising on work quality.
