- Front line Production Support.
- Exposure to Production Support 24/7 Environment.
- Application support Experience of L1 or L2.
- Experience on Incident Management and Escalations.
**Your profile**:
- 2-6 years Application support of L1 or L2 incidents.
- Hands on Unix.
- Hands on Shell Scripting.
- Hands on Python.
- Hands on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Hands on Dev Ops.
