Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to provide Level 2 support in a large corporate environment. You will troubleshoot complex issues, escalate as needed, and maintain thorough ticket documentation while collaborating with regional and global IT teams.
The role requires 3+ years in service desk roles, strong IT knowledge (Windows OS, hardware, networking), and excellent communication in English. Portuguese is a plus. NOC and automation knowledge are desirable.
