Become a key player in client success at Sippy Software as an L2 Duty Technical Support Engineer. You'll provide support to clients while engaging in system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
This position involves working with Sippy Software's clients directly, participating in system maintenance, migration activities, and the rollout of new features. A strong command of English and familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, along with TCP/IP and basic SQL knowledge, are essential facets for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
