L1 Technical Support Specialist — POS & Devices

NCR Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join their Technical Assistance Center in Cebu City, Philippines. In this role, you will provide Level 1 technical support for POS devices, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional customer care.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in technical support, strong communication skills, and a solid technical aptitude. This is an onsite position with 24/7 shift coverage.
