L1 Technical Support Specialist – POS & Cloud

NCR Voyix is seeking a Technical Support Representative in Cebu, Philippines, to join their Technical Assistance Center. In this role, you will provide essential Level 1 support for various technical issues, ensuring smooth operations for retail, hospitality, financial, and cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a technical support role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This full-time position requires 24/7 shift coverage and is onsite at our Cebu location.
