Technical Support Engineer — Consumer Devices & Enterprise Platform

We're hiring the first line of technical defence for our hardware and platform users — someone who doesn't pass tickets along, but actually finds out what's broken.
You'll sit between customers, our app, our device, and our enterprise platform, and you'll own the full diagnostic loop: reproduce the issue, read the logs, query the API, write the Python script that confirms root cause, and hand-engineer a ticket they can act on without coming back to ask wait, what happened?
What you'll actually do:
- Be the first technical responder for consumer device and enterprise (NeoCore) users
- Diagnose across device, app, connectivity, accounts, and platform
- Run RCA using logs, dashboards, API responses, and basic Python
