Summary

The L1 Service Operations Analyst is responsible for providing first-level support for production systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role focuses on system monitoring, incident management, and operational support within the Data Centre environment, while collaborating closely with L2 teams to maintain system stability, availability and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage scheduled jobs using Control‑M, including batch processing and end‑of‑day cycles
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and elevate job failures in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform initial incident diagnosis and ensure timely escalation to L2 support teams
  • Support application deployments, migration activities, and operational readiness checks
  • Execute tape management operations, including loading, unloading, vaulting, and reconciliation
