L1–L2 IT Support Engineer (Windows & MacOS)

GROWE is seeking an IT Support professional in the Philippines to provide L1–L2 end-user assistance and maintain office IT infrastructure. You will install, configure, and support Windows and MacOS systems while troubleshooting a range of hardware, software, networking, and system issues.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in IT support, familiarity with AD/SCCM/VPN, and strong English communication skills.
