L1–L2 IT Support Engineer, Microsoft 365 Expert

KNOATIV is seeking a Support Engineer for their IT support team, responsible for managing both L1 and L2 support tasks. You will assist users and handle technical escalations while administering Microsoft 365 services for KNOATIV and clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on IT support experience, exceptional communication skills, and strong customer service orientation. This role requires full-time on-site availability in Karachi, Sindh.
