Job Overview and Responsibilities Support IT Projects
- Assists IT Specialist in daily IT operation tasks.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new IT-related projects across the organization.
Vendor Coordination and Integration- To effectively coordinate with incumbent vendors for the Zebra mobile computers, tablets and IT related equipment repair and related services to ensure continuity and compatibility.
Handling IT Service Requests- Provide IT technical support to end users such as PC hardware & software, MS Windows & Offices, RF/PDA, Printers, Network, APs, Wireless LAN, CCTV, Google Suite, Email, Mobile devices, WMS & other in-house applications.
Documentation- To update the helpdesk on daily incidents, unlock accounts, update tickets on task completed activity.
