Multiple projects to be planned for the Consultant
First project is India based Kondor implementation and the other project is Italian bank where we are supporting as part of managed Services
Responsibilities
Should be able to manage technical and functional client expectation and issues being raised on daily basis in MO area
Should be hands-on and be able to investigate issues independently
Should be able to take ahead functional discussion for new projects and new implementation
Should be able to handle Pre Sales queries
Should be able to participate in bigger forum and provide MO view points
Qualifications
8-15 years of total working experience
At least 5 years of experience with Kondor FO & MO
Unix shell scripting
Basic SQL
Basic tool understanding - Putty, Autosys etc
