Job Description
AECOM is looking for a Knowledge Transfer Specialist to provide support to project management in the development and implementation of capacity building strategies within major infrastructure projects in Peru.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements the Capacity Development Plan, aligned with project objectives and client requirements.
- Identifies capability gaps and defines learning strategies to address them.
- Designs, plans and coordinates training programs, including the definition of learning sequences, milestones and delivery modalities (formal, social and on-the-job learning).
- Develops and manages the learning activities schedule, ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule and compliance with key milestones.
