Position Overview
:Knowledge Management Steward serves as the accountable owner for domain knowledge health within the Knowledge Management System. This role operates within the Payments Learning COE and is responsible for governance, prioritization, lifecycle integrity, and cross-functional alignment of domain content. The role works with both human in the loop and AI-enabled resources to develop and sustain knowledge stores for impactful access in the flow of their work.
Role Objectives:
· Support domain knowledge health across the Knowledge Management System (accuracy, relevance, lifecycle integrity).
· Define what knowledge must exist vs. optional, using informatics and stakeholder feedback.
· Execute established KM governance standards.
· Manage intake, triage, and routing for knowledge-related requests.
· Drive timely SME review through lifecycle checkpoints and nudges for action (review, update, archive).
