Role Overview
We are looking for a Knowledge Manager to join our team at Stefanini. As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for managing knowledge articles, assigning owners, and reviewing content. You will also be responsible for observing, returning, or rejecting documentation that does not meet certain criteria.
What You Will Do
- Request internal teams and providers to create or update knowledge articles, assigning owners and reviewing dates for published content.
- Remove temporarily from publication articles that represent operational risk or contain incorrect information.
