What you’ll be doing
- Performing critical day-to-day ops such as taking inventory, stocking stations, preparing ingredients for service, cooking during service, and maintaining the cleanliness of stations and the kitchen.
- Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals.
- Maintaining the highest possible quality and meeting agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times.
- Supervising the production system and process
- Execution of GOP's and SOP's
- Leads Shift assigned
- Coaching and motivating more junior members of the team - we believe in giving everyone at every level the opportunity to display leadership.
