Responsibilities
- Will initially be trained for 30 to 60 days to have a full understanding of the menu standards and kitchen practices.
- When kitchen mastery is developed, will visit and oversee all kitchen operations in line with standards.
- Will assist management in controls and implementation.
Qualifications
- Has a personal motorbike for mobility within Cebu City and Mactan.
- Is willing to commit to a minimum of 5 years employment and beyond.
- Has at least 3 years experience in the food industry.
- Has an understanding of standards and how to implement them among branches.
