Responsibilities
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Monitor food preparation for consistency, safety, and efficiency
- Support the team during high-pressure periods including rush hours and tight deadlines
Requirements
