Kitchen Steward

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.
• Assist chefs with food preparation and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the kitchen team during peak hours.
• Report any maintenance issues to management promptly.

Qualifications and Duties

• Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or stewarding environment preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, ability to perform heavy lifting, and effective communication skills.
