Kitchen staff duties involve food prep (chopping, mixing), cooking, maintaining hygiene (cleaning stations, dishes, floors), stock management (inventory, storage), and ensuring food safety/quality, all while collaborating with the team for efficient service, following recipes, and adhering to health standards to deliver consistent, safe, and appealing dishes.
