Job Description
Jollibee Group’s Kitchen Operations Support provides support to all aspects of product development and improvement activities. This includes raw materials analysis, shelf-life tests, sensory and physico-chemical tests and microbiological tests.
- He would be responsible for the following routine tasks. Requisition and purchase of supplies and materials for product development and improvement with prior approval from Product Development Specialists
- To keep track of inventories/availability of supplies and materials that are regularly used in the kitchen or laboratory
- To ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of kitchen area, equipment room, supply/spice room, and sensorium
