Kitchen Manager at The Salad Project: £35,000 per annum | Sunday - Thursday. We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a twelve store operation, expanding across London. We’re looking for people committed to taking the next step in their career, keen to join a company whose growth trajectory opens up hundreds of inspiring development opportunities – and whose current team can’t wait for you to join the family.
Responsibilities
- 45 hours per week.
- Passionate, energetic & extremely organized to manage the kitchen.
- Manage our team of Kitchen Hands and KPs.
- Implement & improve kitchen processes.
- Monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service to maintain our 5* hygiene rating.
