AMK Global is hiring a Kitchen Manager for a busy restaurant environment. Looking for a hands-on leader who can confidently run daily kitchen operations, maintain quality standards, and lead a strong BOH team during high-volume service and large events.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and service execution.
- Be present and support the team during peak service periods and events.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and speed of service.
- Recruit, train, coach, and schedule BOH staff.
- Manage labour costs, food cost, inventory, and ordering.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support smooth operations.
