We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who can keep a cool head while keeping the grill hot. At Graffi Grill Tromsø, the food is the main attraction, and we need someone who can lead the kitchen with both structure and passion. As Kitchen Manager, you’ll be responsible for making sure every dish meets our quality standards - from the moment ingredients arrive to the moment the plates hit the table. You’ll be hands-on in the daily operations, lead your team, plan and organize, and make sure the kitchen is a great place to work.
