Kitchen Helper [Emirates Flight Catering]

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking dedicated Kitchen Helpers to join our high-volume food production team. You will support our chefs by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables according to standard recipes.
• Operate industrial dishwashing machines and ensure all kitchen pots, pans, and utensils are deeply sanitized.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all cold storage rooms, dry stores, and heavy kitchen equipment.
• Strictly follow all Dubai Municipality food safety guidelines and proper garbage disposal procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

• Qualifications: High school certificate with the ability to read and understand basic English instructions.
• Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment.
