St. Brigid’s Summer Camp invites applications from all qualified candidates for the position of Head Chef. The application deadline is Friday, December 9, 2022.
Your Role & How You Will Contribute: As STB’s Head Chef, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen/dining hall and in the preparation and delivery of all meals at camp. The Head Chef will provide high-quality nutritious meals for all staff and campers according to the Health and Safety standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: This position reports to the Camp Director. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Adherence to Food Handler policies
- Managing the kitchen team
- Ensuring knowledge of special dietary needs and food allergies
- Operating commercial kitchen equipment in a safe manner and maintaining all kitchen equipment
