Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex issues with various kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and other facilities to identify potential issues.
• Installation: Set up and configure new kitchen appliances, ensuring proper connections and operation.
• May assist with the installation of new kitchens or equipment upgrades.
