Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of premium yakitori and other menu items.
  • Prepare ingredients, including trimming, skewering, marinating, and portioning according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures at all times.
  • Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries properly.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
Requirements
  • Previous Japanese yakitori kitchen experience is (preferred).
  • Passion for Japanese cuisine and willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude, disciplined, and a strong team player.
  • Good personal hygiene and professional work ethic.
  • Able to stand for long hours and perform physical kitchen duties. ...
