Reports to: BOH Supervisor / Branch Manager
Job Overview: The Kitchen Crew is responsible for helping hot kitchen cooks of Thai Mango in food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and sanitizing the workplace.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assists in the preparation of food per established Thai Mango standards
- Responsible for ensuring food prepared is compliant with HACCP
- Ensures food prepared by Hot Kitchen Cook is complete and in order before advising Dining Crew to serve customers
- Follows all food health safety guidelines
- Exhibits a positive attitude and willingness to learn for career growth
- Assists in the unloading of supply deliveries and stores stocks properly
- Communicates kitchen needs to supervisors
- Adheres to all Company policies, rules, and regulations
