Reports to: BOH Supervisor / Branch Manager

Job Overview: The Kitchen Crew is responsible for helping hot kitchen cooks of Thai Mango in food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and sanitizing the workplace.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assists in the preparation of food per established Thai Mango standards
• Responsible for ensuring food prepared is compliant with HACCP
• Ensures food prepared by Hot Kitchen Cook is complete and in order before advising Dining Crew to serve customers
• Follows all food health safety guidelines
• Exhibits a positive attitude and willingness to learn for career growth
• Assists in the unloading of supply deliveries and stores stocks properly
• Communicates kitchen needs to supervisors
• Adheres to all Company policies, rules, and regulations
