Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as directed by the chef or kitchen manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the kitchen at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are clean, functional, and safe to use.
- Support team members with various tasks during busy periods to maintain efficient service.
