About Us
We're a new dumpling eatery (non-halal) opening in the heart of Singapore's CBD. We specialise in freshly made dumplings crafted daily — simple food, done really well. We're building a small, tight-knit team who takes pride in what they put on the plate.
What You'll Do- Assist in the daily preparation of dumpling fillings, wrappers, and sauces according to our recipes
- Handle cooking during service — boiling noodles and dumplings to order, and assembling completed orders for collection
- Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe kitchen at all times
- Receive and check ingredient deliveries; assist with stock rotation and inventoryPrepare ingredients for the following day's service after the lunch rush
- Follow all SFA food safety and hygiene standards
- Prior experience in a kitchen or F&B environment preferred
